How to use

Recheado Fish Fry: Marinate fish fillets (such as pomfret or mackerel) with Goan Recheado paste, turmeric powder, salt, and a squeeze of lime or vinegar. Allow it to marinate for at least 30 minutes, then shallow fry until crisp and golden. Serve hot with steamed rice or bread.

Recheado Prawns: Coat prawns with Goan Recheado paste and marinate for a short time before grilling or pan-frying. This method allows the spicy flavors of the paste to infuse into the prawns, creating a delicious appetizer or main dish.

Recheado Stuffed Bell Peppers: Mix Goan Recheado paste with cooked quinoa or rice, grated cheese, and chopped vegetables like bell peppers and tomatoes. Stuff the mixture into halved bell peppers, top with more cheese if desired, and bake until the peppers are tender and the filling is heated through.

Recheado Mushroom Stir-Fry: Sauté sliced mushrooms with Goan Recheado paste, garlic, onions, and bell peppers until the vegetables are tender and the flavors are well combined. Serve as a spicy and hearty side dish or over rice.

Recheado Potato Wedges: Toss potato wedges with Goan Recheado paste, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Roast in the oven until crispy and golden brown. Serve as a flavorful snack or side dish.

Baingan Recheado

This masala tastes really good even with vegetarian recipes. Tried making eggplants with the recheado paste, and it was a flavour bomb, that became a favourite and has been made several times already. You all must try Home Crescentia’s recheado paste, available on Home Kouzina.

I made Prawn Goan recheado and it was really tasty! The spices in the masala make it spicy and tangy, complementing the prawns' sweetness. It's a great dish to make if you like bold seafood flavors. Give it a try!
