How to use

Porridge (Kanji or Koozh):
Boil Sathu Maavu with water or milk to make a nutritious porridge. Sweeten with jaggery or sugar and add flavors like cardamom or nutmeg for a wholesome breakfast or snack.

Healthy Pancakes or Crepes:
Mix Sathu Maavu with water, yogurt, or milk to create a batter for pancakes or crepes. Cook on a griddle and serve with honey, fruit compote, or yogurt for a nutritious twist on a classic dish.
