What is Home Kouzina?
Home Kouzina connects skilled home-chefs to customers looking for authentic, home-cooked dishes.
We want to enable chefs in our community to have an opportunity to earn and grow, on their own terms. Do what they love doing, while we help them with spreading their network and coordination.
We also believe that food is a lot about memories and shared experiences. And nothing else brings those together like a wholesome, home cooked meal.
As foodies and home-chefs, we want to connect customers and chefs and bring delightful, curated meals to you.
How are your spice mixes different?
Our home made spice mixes, are based on recipes that our Home Chefs have learnt from their mothers, mothers-in-law and grandmas. A lot of these have been passed on orally, or notes scribbled away in old diaries. The taste, the aroma and the flavours are absolutely unparalleled.
The spices are carefully procured, cleaned, sun-dried and slowly pounded to perfection. We make small batches, to ensure that the packs that reach you are freshly made. Small batches also ensure that we add no preservatives or additives to these spice mixes. So what you get is absolutely pure, safe and flavorful.
What ingredients are used in your masalas?
Our masalas are made with fresh, high-quality spices sourced from trusted suppliers. Each product description lists the specific ingredients.
When will my order be shipped?
For home made spices, the shipping is done within 3-4 days of receiving your order. You'll receive a confirmation email / message with tracking details.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Currently, we do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option. This decision helps us streamline our operations, ensuring faster processing and delivery of orders. It also allows us to maintain better inventory control and manage resources more efficiently.
