Awadhi-Style Pulao
Use Awadhi Biryani Masala to make a fragrant pulao for a quicker version of Awadhi flavours. Sauté whole spices (cloves, cardamom, and bay leaf) in ghee. Add chopped vegetables and 1 tsp Awadhi Biryani Masala. Mix in soaked Basmati rice and cook with vegetable or chicken broth. Garnish with fried onions and fresh coriander.
Awadhi Korma (Rich Mughlai Curry)
Give your gravies a royal touch! Sauté onions, ginger-garlic paste, and cashew paste in ghee. Add 1-2 tsp Awadhi Biryani Masala and cook for a minute.Add marinated chicken/mutton or paneer and cook till tender. Finish with fresh cream or yogurt for a silky texture.
