How to Use
For a delicious Punjabi chhole, sauté onions, tomatoes, and ginger-garlic paste until golden. Add boiled chickpeas and 1–2 teaspoons of Punjabi Chhole Masala. Simmer until the flavours soak in and the gravy thickens.
For a flavour-packed Amritsari parantha, knead the Amritsari Parantha Masala into the dough or mix it into your stuffing. You can also sprinkle it over hot paranthas just before serving, for that irresistible street-style finish.
Bonus tip : Use the Amritsari masala as a chaat masala over curd, roasted papad, or aloo tikki for a spicy-tangy twist!
