How to Use

Traditional Udupi Rasam (Saaru):
In a kadai, add chopped tomato, green chilli, turmeric, jaggery, salt, and tamarind extract. Simmer on low flame for 10 minutes to bring out the tangy-sweet base. Add water and cooked toor dal, then stir in 3 teaspoons of Home Kouzina Rasam Powder. Let it gently simmer for 1–2 minutes — avoid boiling after adding the powder. Finish with a ghee tempering of mustard seeds, curry leaves, and hing. Serve hot with rice or sip as a broth.
