How to Use

Kerala Vegetable Sambhar
Make a classic coconut-based sambhar with ash gourd, drumsticks, and shallots. Add a paste of roasted grated coconut for depth. A drizzle of coconut oil and curry leaves as tadka finishes it off. -
Ulli Sambhar (Shallot Sambhar)
Cook caramelized shallots in a tamarind-dal base with our masala for a deeply flavorful dish — perfect with idli or dosa. -
Sambhar Sadam (Sambhar Rice)
Mix it into cooked rice and dal with a dollop of ghee or coconut oil for a hearty, one-bowl comfort meal.
