How to Use

Chicken/ Mutton Curry
Sauté onions, tomatoes, and ginger-garlic paste with Punjabi Meat Masala, then slow-cook with marinated mutton till tender. A rich, Sunday-style curry best served with naan. -
Keema Masala
Use Punjabi Meat Masala with minced mutton or soy keema for a spicy filling in pav or stuffed parathas. Add green peas for extra texture. - Egg Curry
Boil eggs, slice in halves, and simmer in a gravy made with Punjabi Meat Masala for a quick, hearty meal. Pair with jeera rice or rotis.
No need to add Garam masala or other spices. You may adjust salt and chillies to personal preference.
