How to Use
Punjabi Chhole Masala : To make authentic Punjabi chhole, sauté chopped onions, tomatoes, and ginger-garlic paste in oil, then add boiled chickpeas and 1–2 teaspoons of Punjabi Chhole Masala. Simmer for rich, tangy flavour and deep aroma.
