  • Goan Fish Curry: Chilli, Coriander, Cumin, Turmeric

How to use

  • Vindalho Curry: Use Vindalho Masala to prepare the classic Goan Vindalho curry. Marinate meat (typically pork or chicken) in a paste of Vindalho Masala, vinegar, garlic, and ginger. Cook with onions, tomatoes, and potatoes for a spicy and tangy dish.
  • Xacuti Curry: Prepare the traditional Goan Xacuti curry by cooking chicken, lamb, or seafood with onions, tomatoes, coconut milk, and Xacuti Masala. The blend typically includes spices like coriander, cumin, peppercorns, cloves, and nutmeg, giving the curry its distinctive flavor.
  • Goan Fish Curry: Prepare a zero-oil fish curry with our Goan Fish Curry Masala. Cook the fish in a flavorful gravy made with coconut milk, kokum /tamarind extract, ginger-garlic paste, onions and green chillies.
