Home Kouzina Ghee Roast Masala is a bold and aromatic spice blend crafted to recreate the iconic ghee roast flavor at home. Made with a rich combination of roasted spices, it delivers a perfect balance of heat, tanginess, and deep aroma.
When cooked with ghee, this masala coats your dish with a rich, spicy, and slightly smoky flavor, making it ideal for preparing delicious chicken ghee roast, paneer ghee roast, or prawn ghee roast with authentic restaurant-style taste.
Ingredients
Chillies, Coriander, Black Pepper, Cumin, Garlic Powder, Ginger, Rock Salt, Fennel, Clove, Methi Dana (Fenugreek Seeds).
How to use
Mix 500 g chicken with 100 g yogurt, 2 tbsp ginger–garlic paste, 1 tbsp coriander powder, 1 tsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tbsp Home Kouzina Ghee Roast Masala, and salt to taste. Rest for 20–30 minutes.Heat 4 tbsp ghee in a pan, add 2 chopped onions, and sauté until golden brown. Add 2 tbsp ginger–garlic paste and cook for a minute. Add the marinated chicken and roast on medium heat until tender and well-coated with the masala.Garnish with fresh curry leaves and serve hot with naan or rice.
Also works beautifully for paneer and mushroom ghee roast.
