How to use
- Sambhar: Use Madras Sambhar Powder to flavor a hearty sambhar . Cook lentils with vegetables like tomatoes, carrots, and drumsticks, then add a tablespoon or two of the powder for authentic South Indian flavors. Pairs well with rice, idlis and dosa.
