Our Amritsari Parantha Masala are the perfect complement to your paranthas, kulchas and missi roti.
Ingredients
Cumin, Chillies,Coriander, Amchur, Pepper, Anardana, Ajwain, Black Salt, Heeng, Kasoori Methi
How to Use
1. In the Dough: Add 1-2 tsp of Amritsari Parantha Masala directly to your wheat flour while kneading the dough. You can also mix in chopped onions, coriander, and green chilies for a spiced-up parantha.
2. In the Stuffing : Sprinkle 1-2 tsp of Parantha Masala and a little salt into your potato, paneer, cauliflower, radish or mixed veg stuffing. Make crisp paranthas or soft kulchas.
3. As a Finishing Touch: Once your parantha is cooked, brush it with ghee or white butter and sprinkle a pinch of Parantha Masala on top for a final burst of flavor.
