Returns Policy

At Home Kouzina, we are committed to providing you with pure spices and high quality products to enhance your culinary adventures. We take immense pride in the quality of our offerings and are deeply dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction. To uphold the freshness and safety of our products, we've established the following return policy:

  • Non-Refundable Items: All spice products and ready-to-cook pastes available at Home Kouzina are non-refundable. Given the nature of our products and our unwavering commitment to food safety, we regret that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any purchases.
  • COD orders : No refund of shipping fees will be done on COD orders. 
  • Quality Assurance: We wholeheartedly stand behind the exceptional quality of our spices and ready-to-cook pastes. In the rare event that you receive a damaged product during shipping or encounter any quality concerns with your Home Kouzina spices or pastes, please don't hesitate to get in touch with our dedicated customer support team within 5 days of receiving your order. We will help you quickly address any issues.
  • Contacting Customer Support: If you have any inquiries or encounter any issues related to your Home Kouzina products, please email ask@homekouzina.com

Cancellation

  • If you decide to cancel your order, you must notify the Company within 12 hours from your order confirmation, preferably by phone or email and quote your order number. We will not accept any cancellation requests after the mentioned cut off time.
  • We may cancel an order if the product is unavailable due to reasons beyond our control. We will notify you if this is the case and return any payment that you have made.
  • If the cancellation was made in time, we will refund or re-credit your debit or credit card with the full amount within 14 days.
  • In the unlikely event that we deliver a wrong item, you have the right to reject the delivery of the wrong item and you shall be fully refunded for the missing item. If we can only do a partial delivery (a few items might not be available), we would inform you or propose a replacement for the missing items. You have the right to refuse a partial order before delivery and get a refund.
