“I have been a home chef for over 7 years –and I love serving wholesome comfort food with an international twist. My signature fusion dishes include the delicious Burmese Khow Suey, a selection of Quiches, buttery and flaky Vol-au-vents, a rich Peach Rum infused Caramel Custard and Homemade Irish Cream. I can also cook up a delectable Hyderabadi Haleem and a Railway Mutton Curry. I love being a home chef, for it means cooking up meals for customers, with the exact care and attention, as I would cook for my family and friends. “
