At Home Kouzina, your safety and health always come first. Our home chefs are required to be registered with the FSSAI (Food Safety and Standards Authority of India). In addition, our chefs go through a food safety assessment and undergo a food safety training. The reason we take a minimum 24 hours preparation is to help our chefs prepare your food fresh.
